If frozen, let your arepas sit at room temp for 15 minutes. This makes them easier to separate. 

No full thawing needed—just unwrap and go.

• Toaster (Our Favorite Way): Place the arepa in the toaster on high. Toast about 3 times until warm and golden. You’ll know it’s ready when the arepa slightly inflates—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
• Air Fryer or Oven: Bake at 450°F for 12–15 minutes.
